I have innovated music education to almost instantly have anyone understand how music works. Simply, the Piano visually, like a game board when understood with simple instructions, can then be applied to any instrument; playing and even reading and writing music. Just like the alphabet makes words, that make stories; notes make scales, that make songs. More like a Sport than a Science, Music can be enjoyed in school at any level because the student knows what they are doing. Uniquely, Music is a cultural bridge and a SEL tool that balances today's curriculum.
